You do not like your product, it doesn’t fit you well, the color doesn’t match?
You can return it to us within 14 days by sending us an email to resi@lilipoi.com.
You can ship the return at your own costs or ask us to pick-up it at our costs with our shipping company.
Then we will refund you the cost of the purchased product (excluded shipping fees) in case we use our shipping company or the full amount including shipping cost in case you arrange the return.
