FIND THE RIGHT SIZE
To measure your foot length, stand barefoot against a wall with your foot on a stiff sheet of paper. Try to keep your heel firmly against the wall. Make a mark in front of the tip of the longest finger. Measure the distance in cm between the edge of the sheet and the mark (round to the upper millimeter).
Then use a tailor's tape measure to measure the circumference of the lower part of your instep, as shown in the image (consider a difference of 1,5 mm between one size and another).
With the help of the table below, you can find your exact size.
N.B: if you are between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger one. Also follow the fitting instructions of each product.
