TERMS OF SALES
The offer and THE sale of products on our website (“www.lilipoi.com”, “www.lilipoi.it”) from now on LILIPOI.COM are regulated by these Terms of Sale. The products purchased on LILIPOI.COM are sold directly by M.P. Fashion s.r.l. Registered Company at the Register of Companies of Ascoli Piceno, VAT 01874140443.The headquarter of M.P. Fashion s.r.l. is in Italy, Via Valtesino 313, Grottammare (AP).
M.P. Fashion s.r.l. offers products for sale on LILIPOI.COM and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users from now on Customer (refer to Legal Terms for definition of End Users). The company email for additional information or request is info@ilipoi.com
Prices
All product prices are given in euros inclusive of all taxes, but do not include delivery charges (see dedicated paragraph about Delivery fees).
M.P. Fashion s.r.l. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice, for instance during sales periods. The products are sold without issuing any receipt or invoice (unless request by the Customer during the purchasing process) as articolo 2, lettera oo), del d.P.R. 21 dicembre 1996, n. 696.. The products ordered remain the property M.P. Fashion s.r.l. until full receipt of the payment by M.P. Fashion s.r.l.. Payments must be made in full in one installment.
Payment Methods
PayPal
Customers can pay directly through their verified PayPal account. M.P. Fashion s.r.l. accepts PayPal payments only from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship the merchandise to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account.

Credit Card
Payments by credit card are processed by PayPal system. No registration is required. All major Credit Card company are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Postepay)
Bank Transfer
Bank Details for bank transfer will be sent via email upon confirmation of purchase. The shipment will be done within 2 days after receiving the bank transfer.
Change orders
Please remember that once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled, orders for currently available items cannot be changed. Orders made separately will be shipped separately.
Shipments
Orders are shipped from M.P. Fashion s.r.l. in Grottammare, Italy from Monday through Friday. Orders made during from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
M.P. Fashion s.r.l arranges shipments in Italy except to Livigno and Campione d'Italia, in Europe to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Rep., Slovak Rep., Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are indicated and calculated during the purchase process prior to the placement of the order by the Customer and listed on the fulfilled order summary page.
Delivery
When the merchandise arrives, we ask our Customers to carefully inspect the package before signing the form that certify that delivery has been made.
If the package appears to have been damaged or the packing tape is not intact, we ask our Customers to sign the delivery confirmation indicating the reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the case in which delivery is accepted with a non-authorized signature or if there are signs of damage, we ask our Customers to immediately inform M.P. Fashion s.r.l. at info@lilipoi.com.
If for any reason the shipment is not able to be delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to sender at the Customer's expense. M.P. Fashion s.r.l. will deduct this amount from any reimbursement due to the Customer.
Return
If for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, items that have not been worn can be returned for a change in size or item, or for reimbursement within 14 days after receipt.
The return can be made only after authorization by M.P. Fashion srl. The Customer has to send an email to resi@lilipoi.com within 14 days after receipt of the order.
Once the return request has been received and confirmed, the Customer can return the item arranging the shipment by himself or use the shipment service arranged by M.P, Fashion srl.
The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must not demonstrate any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all of the labels, packaging, and original accessories received with the order together with their original box, which is considered for all effects to be an integral part of the product, and which not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
All returned items are subject to inspection by M.P. Fashion s.r.l. and must respect all the parameters listed above for the return procedure. M.P. Fashion s.r.l. reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise in the case that the return does not conform to all the terms and conditions called for in the return policy and the laws which govern the subject in question.
M.P. Fashion s.r.l. pays all the cost of returning shipment.
M.P. Fashion s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse non-authorized returns (authorization not requested).
Acceptance of such returns will in any case lead to a charge equal to 10% of the value of the merchandise returned.
In the case that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or shipping errors are made by M.P. Fashion s.r.l., he has to follow the same instructions as above. M.P. Fashion s.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic proof before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will be in charge of expense of return shipping costs.
Reimbursement
In case of request of reimbursement, M.P. Fashion s.r.l. will refund the total price of products including shipping costs in case the shipment of the return have been arranged by the Customer or will deduct the shipping costs in case the return have been arranged by M.P. Fashion s.r.l..
The reimbursement will be credited on the Credit Card account of the Customer or paid by bank transfer within 30 days from the reception of returned items.
Change
If the Customer requires to change purchased items, he has to return the item following return policy and make a new purchase.
The Customer will receive a request of payment from M.P. Fashion s.r.l. if the balance of the new purchase is higher than the credit.
In the case the balance of returned item and new purchase generates a credit to the Customer, this credit will be reimbursed as the procedure above.
In the case the balance of returned item and new purchase generates a debit to the Customer, the Customer will receive a request of payment from M.P. Fashion s.r.l. and will receive the new purchase once the payment has been finalized.
On-Line Items and Images
M.P. Fashion s.r.l. declines all responsibilities in regards to the possibility that, due to a particular computer setup used by the Customer or due to a malfunction of such, colours on the products seen on the site may have slight differences with respect to the original colours.
The images contained within the site LILIPOI.COM are the property of M.P. Fashion s.r.l. Any usage of said images without written authorization received from M.P. Fashion s.r.l. will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

Item Availability
The selection found on LILIPOI.COM reflects the precise availability for each item by size and colour. Once an order request is received, M.P. Fashion s.r.l. reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction, and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on LILIPOI.COM In the case that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, M.P. Fashion s.r.l. will inform the Customer of this in a timely manner.
